i seriously wanted to title this "hot DAMN that feels better" but i thought id regret it in the morning! :o

but man oh man, i'm sorry my love, i will never cheat on you again *strokes pencils* *smashes pens to the side* > 8]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]] MWAHAHA. hohoho, i fucking love pencils even more now >8]

In all seriousness, i feel very very VERY liberated (yeh, i said very 3 times, i MUST mean it :o!) i feel like a firework just went BOOM in me. I fucking hates teh inks, HATES THEM >8] yeh i've gone kinda crazy havent i :D

Anyhoop, this was plain old me vs the paper. No eraser, only chara reference, and about 40 mins, A4. No photoshoppery. What you see is what you get! Hahah, it'll be interesting to see what people think of this. Its very rare that im actually really happy with a pic. I bet everyone hates it, hoh, typical. Damn--that's really good! Wonderful pencilwork (what type do you use anyway? I'm stuck on my 6B and mechanical...geh) and the details are kick ass. Not sure as to whether or not I like your Paine sketch better though...hmn... Bah. They're both awesome. Well done. :D

hrm! well, i definately prefer this, just because it's much more ... "me". It was 10309409 times more fun to do as well, just came out. Dunno, theres something about ink i dont like, i find it way too restrictive ... anyway, you use 6b? blimey! i like to keep my equipment to myself, i dunno why. It's kinda like when people do tutorials - i respect them and stuff, its nice of them to do it ... i dunno, i agree with the "magicians should reveal their tricks" philosophy - not thay im a magician (XD) but the whole idea of it. There was a space tutorial somewhere on DA, about how to do planets. and i read it, and i was liek "oh ..." and ... space pics kinda lost their impact for me. heh. I know its only a pencil we're talking about, but im quite fanatical about my routines :)! Thanks for the comment ! :D
